Master student

Robbert Mollevanger completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physics at the Eindhoven University of Technology. At this same university he is now following his passion for both the field of physics and computer science. To this end he is pursuing a double Master’s degree in Applied Physics and Computer Science & Engineering. In context of his Master’s Thesis he is now performing research at CCER in order to develop interatomic potentials using machine learning, combining the knowledge of both his fields of expertise into one project.

About CCER

The Center for Computational Energy Research  aims to explore pathways to future energy systems. This is done via computational simulations that complement experimental energy research. The center was founded in 2017 as the result of a joint initiative between the Department of Applied Physics of the Eindhoven University of Technology and NWO Institute DIFFER.
