PhD student

Qi Zhang received his master degree from Jinan University in China. His past works are on the theoretical and computational chemical studies of materials. He currently works as a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Süleyman Er in Differ. His research focuses on high-throughput computational screening of redox active compounds for aqueous flow batteries.

About CCER

The Center for Computational Energy Research  aims to explore pathways to future energy systems. This is done via computational simulations that complement experimental energy research. The center was founded in 2017 as the result of a joint initiative between the Department of Applied Physics of the Eindhoven University of Technology and NWO Institute DIFFER.
